This Cookie Policy describes which cookies and comparable technologies are used on imdocs.de. It supplements our Privacy policy. The controller is STRATON Real Estate Advisory UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG, Schmiedweg 5, 85457 Wörth.
2. Summary
Without your consent, this website sets only strictly necessary cookies. Consent is required solely for the web analytics with Google Analytics 4; it is only loaded once you agree in the cookie notice. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media services at all.
3. What we deliberately do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, no conversion tracking
- No social media plugins, no embedded videos, no map services
- No external fonts: Wix Madefor Display and DM Sans are served from our own server
- No reCAPTCHA and no comparable external spam protection
- No analysis of the content of the data room, no disclosure to third parties

The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. They relate exclusively to the protected editorial area and not to the public part of the website.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. Before you give your consent, the script gtag.js is not loaded; until then it remains in the source code as a blocked element. Details are set out in No. 11 of the Privacy policy. You can change your decision at any time via “Manage consent” at the edge of the screen.
6. Other storage technologies
Local Storage, Session Storage and comparable technologies are not used on this website. The enquiry form transmits your details directly to the server; it does not store any data in your browser.
7. Server logs
Irrespective of cookies, the web server logs every request (IP address, time, file requested, referrer, browser and operating system). These logs serve the secure operation of the site and the prevention of attacks and are deleted after 14 days. Further details can be found in the Privacy policy.
8. Cookies in the data room
The data room we operate is a separate application and not part of this website. It sets strictly necessary cookies for login and session security. The data processing agreement with the respective controller applies to processing in the data room.
9. Deleting cookies in your browser
You can view and delete cookies that have been set at any time in your browser settings. The website remains fully usable as a result.

Should we embed further services in future that require consent, these too will only be loaded after you have agreed and will be added here.
